Situated right next to the Carseldine train station with public transport nearby. Located on the 3rd floor (lift in the building) with a Large balcony and a great outlook. The bedroom is quite large and has floor to ceiling mirror and sliding doors to closet. Sorry but no pets allowed, however I do dogsit the neighbours dog from time to time. Mandatory 4 weeks trial period, after which when completed the new tenant must go on and sign the lease, which is a 12 months lease. Rent is $300 per week includes electric, gas and internet. The real estate carry out regular house inspections, usually quarterly. Seeking single tenants only. The room can come partially furnished if needed.
