I have a great accommodation in a quiet street in Mount Hawthorn which is not too far from the city. the modern villa is 2×2. Lots of off-street carparking if you got a car. Neighbourhood is a good community. The room offered will have its own bathroom. It has a nice double bed too. The rent will be $360 plus bills between split 50/50. I am looking for someone that is easy going, flexible, peaceful, avoids conflicts. If that would express your interest, please get in touch.
