I have an unfurnished airconditioned double bedroom available in Broadbeach. You will have your own shower and toilet, an internal laundry with a washer and a dryer ( there’s also an outdoor clothesline) a shared kitchen and secure parking underneath the complex. The apartment is north facing and 200 metres from the beach.ps I’m getting new furniture for the lounge room..ie a nice lounge, a nice large TV etc and some nice outdoor furniture for the lovely spacious deck.I’m wishing to find an easy going mature aged single male or female FIFO.ps a non smoker please.
