Brand new 4 x 2 house right next to beautiful park and lake, walking distance to IGA, chemist, bottleshop & bus stop and 15 minute walk to Murray River. Below ground pool being installed over winter.
Room can be furnished or unfurnished, had built in robe with mirror and shared bathroom.
$250 per week including all utilities and wifi.
