Offering: Two beautiful bedrooms in a gorgeous Mullumbimby home becoming available for rent soon. Long term.
I can include a nice queen size beds in rooms if needed. Both rooms have built in robes with a vanity area. They also have ceiling fans and lovely natural light.
One room is $300 and the double room is $350. Plus $35 Bills/ internet/ gas/ electricity/ water. Paid fortnightly.
The house walls are painted fresh white. There are wooden floorboards throughout and pretty Venetian blinds on all the windows.
The kitchen and spacious bathroom are modern. It’s an open plan feel with big bifold doors opening onto a large undercover deck. Gorgeous gardens surround the home. There is a laundry / toilet on the deck and an outdoor hot shower around the side of the house.
Share with myself (young at heart 42) and legendary kiddo, Ziggi (11yo). We are super friendly. Keep to ourselves sometimes. However we are open n enjoy a natter/ laugh! Kid stays at his dads sometimes too.
Morning n evening routine is valued by us. We do early rises n early evenings on school days. Important for us to stay in routine / organised in calm n clutter free home environment in the week.
I teach yoga on most weekday mornings outside of the house 9.30 to 10.30am and then have private clientele coming to the house from 11.30am onwards in my therapy room on weekdays except for Fridays. So I’m working from home with clients from 11.30am to 2.30pm.
Due to me working at home this house is suited to people working during the week days outside of the house. However can work it in with FIFO dates.
We keep a super clean home / space and clean kitchen after using it etc and invite in people that also like to live minimalist and considerate and tidy.
Occasionally have weekend visits/ kid play dates so hopefully you like that family type of vibe.
Ballina and Gold Coast airport is approx half hour/40min drive.
Prefer non-smokers, alcohol free home, healthy living n lifestyle, active, positive vibes, working people. Garden keen is a bonus! We love to potter or veg out or dag around the home in our spare time. We’ve created a safe nurturing space here. Neighbors are all legends and lovely too.
We also have a Spoodle Puppy called Mazzy who is about to train to be an assistant dog! We are not allowed any more pets here.
