Hi there, I have an unfurnished, master bedroom (first photo, desk will be gone) with ensuite up for rent. Located in Rivervale, 10 minutes from Perth airport and charter airports and very close shops and amenities.
Garage parking is available for 1 car, reverse cycle air conditioning is throughout the whole house, large built in wardrobe in room, plenty of space for a queen bed.
Common areas (kitchen,lounge,backyard) are all shared, I just ask that they’re kept tidy.
Ideally I’m looking for someone on the opposite(ish) panel to me, but happy to chat and work around schedules
