About me
I’m a 39-year-old full-time Recruitment/HR professional. I’m easy-going, respectful and enjoy a calm, tidy home. I enjoy a friendly chat and saying hello at the end of the day while also respecting each other’s space and downtime. This isn’t a party house, but friends are welcome occasionally for dinner, a BBQ or a board game night.
I also have two small, friendly, non-shedding dogs who are house-trained. They’re affectionate and enjoy saying hello, and while I’m at work or out of the house they spend their time outside with access to the laundry and backyard.
✨ I’m looking for someone who is:
• Clean and tidy
• Respectful and considerate
• Pays rent on time
• Communicates openly
• Enjoys a peaceful home environment
Available now for a 3–12 month stay. Suitable for one person only (no couples). The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.
The home will have a maximum of three occupants, including me (currently just me), so there’s always plenty of space and it never feels crowded.
A police check is available for me to provide, references and I ask prospective housemates to provide one as part of the application process.
If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message telling me a little about yourself, your occupation, when you’re looking to move, and whether you’d prefer Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 2.
