This is a cool seventies character home that is set high on a hill which allows afternoon breezes to flow through it. It’s got a huge back yard, air con in the lounge and ceiling fans in all the rooms. It’s close to shopping centres, Freo and five minutes from Coogee beach. It’s a really easy 25-30 minute drive to the airport. I’m looking for someone who is on a roughly opposite swing to me 8/6 (leaving for work again on the 13th Jan) so that we each get to have the place to ourselves most of the time. I’ve moved in recently and am still finding things like a new coffee table, but it’s ready to go- you just need a bed. The room is huge. It has a large wardrobe and another hanger/shelf unit.
