• 3 males already living in large modern house, close to airport, highways and buses.
• Large spacious fully furnished house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• Ducted, zone controlled reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the house (heating & cooling).
• Foxtel Box (in the lounge room).
• 5-person spa in the backyard under the patio (heated).
• Security access to house with own security pin for back-to-base security monitoring.
• 6 camera CCTV outside the house and 1 CCTV camera inside the house (living area).
• Driveway, garage and front verge parking available.
• Outside smoking only.
• Rent is inclusive of Foxtel box and & internet connection (unlimited NBN data) – WiFi throughout the house.
• Share water, gas and electricity bills between everyone living in the house evenly.
• Share common household expenses (toilet paper, cleaning products) but responsible for own food shopping.
INSIDE THE HOUSE – Easy living with easy access to the Roe and Tonkin Highways. Full furnished, large house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – already 3 people living in the house. Room is unfurnished (alhough can be furnished if required) – rent is inclusive of Foxtel Box and NBN unlimited internet connection (ethernet or wireless). Fully tiled flooring throughout the common areas of the house. The house is kept neat and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen inclusive of dishwasher, microwave, and fridge, utensils etc.
OUTSIDE THE HOUSE – Spa in the backyard under the patio. Garage, driveway and street verge parking available. Large patio with entertaining area and an outdoor BBQ which is used regularly.
Given the location and limited public transport options, only those with a car should consider this location although the bus is a 400m walk from the house. Parking available in the driveway or on the verge and sometimes in the garage (if a FIFO worker).
THE PEOPLE – We are not a noisy bunch but all lead busy lives however enjoy coming home to a house that is warm, homely and neat. We are 3 male housemates (33yo, 51yo and a 55yo) living in large modern house, close to bus and highways and would prefer another male. Smoking is outside only. 2 males are Monday-Friday workers, 1 as courier driver and 1 as an office professional while the 3rd male is a FIFO worker.
THE DEAL – $130 per week (paid via direct debit each week or $260 fortnightly) paid 2 weeks in advance. $260 bond paid on decision to move in, with the bond being returned at the end of the tenancy to ensure room is left in a clean and neat state. All water, gas, and electricity bills shared between everyone living in the house evenly (ie divided between 4 people), currently about $100 per month each. All common household expenses (toilet paper, garbage bags, fly spray, air freshener, cleaning detergents etc) shared evenly between everyone in the house and is about $15 per month.
